Impressive win at the Supreme Court of Canada

Chaitons LLP is proud to congratulate partner Harvey Chaiton and associate Laura Culleton on an impressive win at the Supreme Court of Canada in the important recent decision released by the Court in Scott v. Golden Oaks Enterprises Inc.  The case paves the way for the trustee in bankruptcy of Golden Oaks to recover for the benefit of creditors illegal payments made through a Ponzi scheme orchestrated by the sole director of the company.
