As an Associate in Chaitons’ Banking and Financial Services Group, Luca acts for institutional and private lenders in connection with secured real property, construction, and mezzanine financing. Luca also works in the firm’s Real Estate Group, where his practice encompasses a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and project development.
Luca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Development Studies and Political Science from the University of Western Ontario (Huron University College), a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Luca joined Chaitons in 2023 as an articling student and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2024. Luca is also a licensed non-practicing attorney in New York State.
Away from the office, Luca enjoys tending goal for his hockey team, cheering for his beloved AS Roma and travelling.
