Laura’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy and restructuring issues and related litigation. Laura has experience advising creditors, debtors and trustees in bankruptcy. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on a range of issues.
Laura obtained her J.D. degree from Queen’s University. She also holds an Honours B.Sc. degree from the University of Waterloo. She was called to the bar in 2021. Before joining Chaitons LLP, Laura articled and was an associate at a boutique bankruptcy firm in Toronto.
Laura is a member of The Advocates Society and the Toronto Lawyers Association. When not practicing law, she enjoys spending time at the cottage and trying out new restaurants in Toronto.
