Katy’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on secured lending and various other types of financing transactions,. In addition, Katy acts for purchasers and vendors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
Katy obtained her LL.B. from the University of Birmingham and her LL.M. from The University of London – King’s College and was called to the Ontario bar in 2016. Prior to joining Chaitons, Katy worked at a large, full service firm in downtown Toronto.
Outside of work, Katy is an avid equestrian and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
