Josef is an associate in our Litigation Group whose practice focuses primarily on debt collection and related litigation.
Josef obtained his J.D. degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, summa cum laude. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2020. Before joining Chaitons LLP, Josef was an associate at a boutique commercial and insurance litigation firm in Toronto.
Josef is a member of The Advocates Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Outside of practicing law, Josef enjoys various sports, fishing and learning jiu-jitsu.
