Emily is an associate in our Litigation Group and practices commercial litigation.
Emily received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Windsor in 2017. While at Windsor Emily was an active member of the Student Law Society through her work on the Renewals, Promotions and Tenure Committee and founding the Employment Committee. She was also an associate and copy editor for the Windsor Review of Social and Legal Issues.
Before joining Chaitons LLP, Emily articled at a global full-service firm and was an associate at a well-known litigation boutique in Toronto.
Emily is a member of the Advocates Society and the Canadian Bar Association. She also volunteers at the 519 Legal Clinic. Emily has appeared in cases before the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court, Federal Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal on a wide range of issues.
