David is an associate in Chaitons’ Insolvency Group, where he specializes primarily in bankruptcy and restructuring issues and related litigation.
He obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, where he was honoured with the Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Prize in Business Association and The Honourable F.H. Barlow Scholarship. David joined Chaitons as an articling student, completing his articles from 2023 to 2024. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2024.
Outside of the office, David is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys watching a wide range of sports and actively participates in hockey, golf, and softball.
