Megan is a corporate transactional lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions with a focus on secured transactions. She works with a wide variety of businesses and financial institutions including family controlled corporations, privately held Canadian corporations and national banks. She also provides support for directors and shareholders involved in disputes. Megan works closely with some of Toronto’s most prestigious accounting firms to provide collaborative advice to her clients.
After completing an Honours Specialization (B.A.) in Political Science at Western University in 2006, Megan went on to attend the University of Windsor where she obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2010. She was subsequently called to the Bar in Ontario in 2011.
When she is not serving her clients, Megan co-chairs Chaitons LLP’s United Way campaign and is involved in numerous charitable fundraising events within the firm.
